New Lightroom plugin for MIDI on the horizon

We got a mail about a new Lightroom-controlling plugin that connects the RAW editor software with certain MIDI controllers.

The new plugin is called LrControl, developped by Boudewijn Pelt. Boudewijn told us that he had chosen to develop for certain controllers instead of creating a universal plugin. At the moment LrControl is available for Korg nanoKONTROL, Akai MidiMix and iCON iControls PRO controllers. (UPDATE: also works with Beheringer X-Touch Mini and BCF2000)

Becuase it is a pre-mapped solution, it works a bit like Pfixer. That means you cannot customize the mapping.

LrControl is a paid plugin and works only with Lightroom CC or 6. That is probably because the new Lightroom uses a different programming language than the previous versions.

Check out the new plugin from Peltmade here.
